We hope you love your Yaccomaricard clothes, however if you've changed your mind please return your items in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with a returns note to the address below. Unless faulty, this should be within 28 days of receiving your order. Please kindly fill in the returns note with your reason for returning, this provides us with essential feedback. Unfortunately, we don’t currently cover return postage costs. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage and recommend using a sufficiently insured recorded service from your post office in case of loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

INTERNATIONAL AND EUROPEAN RETURNS
Returns from non-UK countries need to indicate clearly that the package is a RETURN and that it has a value of £0.00. Failure to do so may result in customs and clearance charges upon delivery, which may have to be deducted from the total of the refund processed.
Currently exchanges are not possible online so please go through the refund process with the item you wish to exchange, then we suggest starting a new order.
If you have received an item in faulty condition, please return to us at the address above within 30 days from the day you receive it. If you have owned your item for longer than this, please contact us on email@example.com. We will refund all postage costs you have incurred from receiving and returning the faulty goods.
Please note that items damaged from wear and tear is not a manufacturing fault so will not be accepted for a refund.

If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means...
- clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains)
Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
After your return has been approved by us, we will process a refund through Shopify, our online payment gateway. This can take up to 14 days and is dependent on your bank's processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
You have the right to cancel your order without reason within 14 days from the day after the day you receive the last of the goods. You must do so in writing to the address below or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery if ALL goods in the order are returned (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are made to measure. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
