Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.



Please be aware that although we take great care in making sure the colours depicted are as true as possible to the original colour, computer monitors vary therefore we cannot guarantee that the colour you see is accurate.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.




Orders are processed Monday to Friday and we aim to prepare your order to be collected by our courier the next working day. Orders will be processed on the next working day after bank holidays, Fridays and weekends. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.

To place an order, you must add the items to your bag and click CHECKOUT you will be taken to the payment page, follow prompts, to submit the order to us and to have payment taken (exactly when the money leaves your account depends on your bank) click the PLACE ORDER button.

All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability, your items are not reserved whilst in the shopping bag and may be purchased by other customers.

When you place an order with us you will receive an email detailing the order, this is not an acceptance of the order but a confirmation that we have received it. Unless you cancel the contract the acceptance of an order and the completion of the contract between you and Yaccomaricard takes place once you have received the email stating the goods have been dispatched.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following: The product you ordered being unavailable from stock. The identification of a pricing or product description error. The stock does not satisfy our quality control standards. We are unable to gain payment authorisation. Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address isn’t secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box.

If any of the above affects an order you place you will be notified as soon as possible and a refund including delivery costs will be issued.

We may also refuse to accept a transaction and refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason at our sole discretion.

We make every effort to ensure pricing and description information is correct however from time-to-time mistakes arise. If we find a price or description error, we will contact you as soon as possible. We are under no obligation to fulfil or accept an order where there has been a pricing error, if the goods are already in transit we will recall and refund you all costs.

We reserve the right to cancel orders placed from countries and territories not listed in the countries we ship to section of, a full refund will be given.


The price of the product is given in Pounds Sterling and contains VAT at the current rate. Delivery costs will be added after you input your country.



Watanabe CO LTD. does not store debit or credit card details. They are held by third party payment provider Shopify.



Delivery times are an indication only, they are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon to be so.

Please note we do not deliver to PO boxes. There are restrictions on where we deliver to so please see the delivery section for the list of countries we do send to. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed from countries and territories not listed in the countries we ship to in the delivery section, a full refund will be given if this is the case.



Yaccomaricard operates on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis that means fees incurred on deliveries going outside of the EU and are subject to local import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales tax and possible additional charges that are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional information needed by customs to clear an order is the responsibility of the purchaser. These rules vary from country to country and are something Yaccomaricard has no control over as your government determines duty and customs charges. Please contact your local customs authority for a landed cost price prior to purchasing.

If the customer fails to collect the parcel from customs and the parcel is returned to us the customer will be responsible for the costs associated with Yaccomaricard having to retrieve the parcel.



Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.



During the process of ordering and for us to fulfil your purchase we will require personal information such as your email address, delivery address, telephone number and credit card details. These are needed as part of the buying and selling process and are used for that specific reason only.

We will not share the information you provide us with anyone and will never pass that on to third parties for marketing reasons. If you have consented to us contacting you by subscribing to our mailing list then you can opt out and withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link on the communication or contacting us care@yaccomaricard.london

The only time we may disclose personal information is if required to do so by law.

Under the consumer contracts Regulations 2013 If you are EU based you have the right to cancel your order without reason within 14 days from the day after the day you receive the last of the goods. If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your risk and cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of delivery if ALL goods in the order are returned (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are made to measure. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
