VAT REFUND
For orders delivered outside the UK (except USA), local import duties and taxes may be payable to your local customs authority, either before or after delivery.
As our prices include UK VAT (20%), we will automatically refund the VAT once your order has been delivered. We monitor the delivery status and process the refund using your original payment method.
USA Customers
Orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are paid in advance. USA customers do not need to pay any additional customs charges on delivery and are therefore not eligible for a UK VAT refund, as the applicable import taxes are already included within the DDP pricing.
