All orders shipped to non UK addresses, with the exception of the USA, are subject to local customs, duty and import fees which must be paid directly to the relevant authorities.
ALL INTERNATIONAL (EXCLUDING THE USA) AND EUROPEAN ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED WITH A VAT REFUND AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and we aim to prepare your order to be collected by our courier the next working day where possible. During sale time when we experience higher order volumes than usual it can take a little longer to process orders. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders will be processed on the next working day after Bank Holidays, Fridays and weekends. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.

DUTY & CUSTOMS
Yaccomaricard ships non-UK orders on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, with the exception of orders shipped to the United States.
For destinations outside the UK (excluding the USA), orders may be subject to local import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges, local sales taxes, and any other applicable import costs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country. If customs requires additional information to clear your shipment, it is the purchaser's responsibility to provide it. USA Orders
All orders shipped to the United States are sent on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges are paid in advance, so no additional customs fees will be payable upon delivery.
