Orders are processed Monday to Friday and we aim to prepare your order to be collected by our courier the next working day where possible. During sale time when we experience higher order volumes than usual it can take a little longer to process orders. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone. Orders will be processed on the next working day after Bank Holidays, Fridays and weekends. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.

DUTY & CUSTOMS
Yaccomaricard operates on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis that means fees incurred on deliveries going outside of the EU and are subject to local import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales tax and possible additional charges that are the responsibility of the customer. Any additional information needed by customs to clear an order is the responsibility of the purchaser. These rules vary from country to country and are something Yaccomaricard has no control over as your government determines duty and customs charges. Please check with your country’s customs office should you require more information.
