Inspired by the organic forms of nature, the cotton lawn Datsu Dress features curved dart tips and softly emerging tucks that create a uniquely fluid silhouette. The fully pintucked bodice is compactly tailored, offering a bold contrast to the flowing, voluminous skirt—a composition designed to leave a lasting impression.
To ensure clean, architectural lines, the darts were meticulously placed and extended to form crisp, structured angles. The final pattern is the result of extensive trial and refinement, overcoming numerous design challenges to achieve perfect balance and flow.
Each piece is garment-dyed to enhance the fabric’s texture and imbue it with rich, nuanced colour variations.
