This series was inspired by the linear patterns, representing water ripples raked within dry landscapes of Japanese Zen gardens called Karesansui. Appliqued raw-edged katsuragi, a medium cotton with a soft handle is layered upon pintucked soft cotton jersey to create fluid undulating patterns.
A sized tee, cut to sit off the body from soft and comfortable cotton jersey and patterned with horizontal pintucks. Featuring a scooped neckline, grown on sleeves and a notched hemline for comfort.
