Inspired by woodblock prints of the artist Hiroshige, this waistcoat layers cotton jersey over soft katsuragi, a medium cotton with a soft handle that doesn’t wrinkle easily. Curved channels are stitched into the fabrics, and the top layer of jersey is sheared to create tactile raw edges with an airy illustrative feel. The shape is echoed in the curved silhouette of the waistcoat.
Finished with a notched back.
